Together with Storebrand, this focus remains high, with the goal of providing a reliable sense of security for everyone so that safety is never a reason to avoid one of our parking locations.

Implemented measures for safer and more sustainable parking.

Better lighting for increased visibility

Good lighting is essential for both drivers and pedestrians, especially important for pedestrians, who may feel unsafe if lighting is insufficient. We have improved a well-marked wayfinding signage to support safe navigation for both pedestrians and drivers. Movement to and from vehicles should not only be safe when cars are in motion but also ensure that pedestrians feel secure.

Additionally, the lighting has been upgraded to LED for a more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solution. LED lights consume significantly less energy compared to traditional bulbs while providing better and more stable illumination. This upgrade enhances user safety and delivers a sustainable solution that reduces energy consumption in the parking facility.

Glass doors for enhanced visibility

To improve safety within the garage, we have installed glass doors. This allows pedestrians to see what’s on the other side, reducing uncertainty when moving to and from vehicles. This measure greatly enhances peace of mind, especially for those walking alone.

Access control with license plate recognition

Access to this facility is reserved for short-term visitors or registered building users, ensuring that only authorized individuals can enter. With both surveillance and access control, unauthorized access is prevented, enhancing overall security. Users must enter their license plate number to gain access to the building and parked vehicles.
