Bispevika car park is connected to the new city quarter Clemenskvartalet, in the Bjørvika area. The parking facility is within walking distance of Oslo Bay, The Norwegian Opera, Barcode, Oslo S, MUNCH and Sørenga. Here you can also find a varied selection of eateries, cafes and shops.

In colorful Clemenskvartalet in Bjørvika, shops and restaurants have now opened at street level. You will find the essentials such as the Vinmonopolet, Meny and Apotek1. On the north-west corner is Bjørvika's new main room, Lut/Laget restaurant, bakery and wine bar.

The Riot Private Club will also open its doors to the training and treatment center on August 15, 2024.
