System and service surcharge

Aimo Park introduced a system and service surcharge on all our subscription products, in 2024.

What is "system and service surcharge"?

This is a surcharge for using Aimo Park's system for subscription parking and service related to administration of the subscription/rental product, which is not covered by the rental amount. The fee includes costs for operating and development for IT systems for digital parking spaces, websites/apps, payment processes, customer service.

What do you have to pay?

The surcharge is charged monthly per subscription space at the rates applicable at any given time.

As of 2024, the rate is NOK 29,- incl. VAT per place per month. The fee will be adjusted annually in line with the CPI (consumer price index). The first adjustment will take place 1st January 2025.
